Welcome to Destination Brides Club LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using https://destinationbridesclub.com (the “Website”) and any related membership tools, dashboards, content, or services (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to join or use the Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Platform

Destination Brides Club provides educational tools, templates, and organizational resources only.

• We do not replace wedding vendors, planners, coordinators, or other professionals.
• We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional planning advice.
• All dashboards, calculators, templates, generators, and tools are planning aids only.

You are solely responsible for verifying all information, vendor agreements, contracts, payments, and decisions.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee outcomes or results. Without limitation, we do not guarantee:

• Vendor availability, pricing, responsiveness, or performance
• Wedding timelines, budgets, or outcomes
• Results from using any dashboard, calculator, or tool

Results depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Vendor Directory

The Vendor Directory is not public and is accessible to VIP members only. Vendors are independent third parties. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any vendor’s services, conduct, quality, or outcomes.

Vendor Listings and Removal

Vendor directory listings may be offered as a one time payment (if applicable) with no renewal. Vendors may remain listed for as long as they want, unless removed under this policy.

We reserve the right to remove a vendor listing immediately, without refund, if there is evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, mistreatment of clients, unethical conduct, or other behavior that may harm members or the integrity of the Platform.

5. Membership Access and Platform Changes

The Platform is continuously evolving. We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features, tools, pages, or content at any time. We are not liable for updates, changes, or interruptions to the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

6. Affiliate Program Disclosure

Destination Brides Club operates an internal affiliate program. Approved affiliates may earn commissions for referrals made through designated affiliate links. Commission terms and eligibility are governed by the affiliate program rules provided to affiliates.

7. User Generated Content and Permissions

Members may submit content such as wedding features, stories, questions, and submissions (including “Spill the Tea”). By submitting content, you grant Destination Brides Club LLC permission to use, publish, share, repost, and display the content on our website, blog, email, and social media. We may edit submissions for clarity, formatting, or length, while keeping the intended meaning.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, tools, dashboards, templates, branding, and materials are owned by Destination Brides Club LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Platform materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destination Brides Club LLC disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for decisions made using the Platform, vendor disputes, missed deadlines, financial loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
