Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of Destination Brides Club LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and immediate access to proprietary tools, dashboards, and content, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Unused time
- Forgotten cancellations
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction after access is granted
- Lack of use
2. Free Trials
If a 14 day free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once a charge is processed, it is final and non refundable.
3. Vendor Directory Fees
Vendor directory listings may be offered as a one time payment (if applicable) with no renewal. Vendor fees are non refundable.
Vendors may be removed without refund if there is evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, mistreatment, unethical conduct, or other behavior that harms members or the integrity of the Platform.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate termination of access and removal from the Platform. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide documentation of access and policy acceptance.
