By enrolling in The Destination Brides Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Usage & Intellectual Property
All content inside the membership — including downloads, videos, guides, checklists, designs, and planning tools — is owned by The Destination Brides Club. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell this content in any form. Membership access is for your personal use only.

2. Refund Policy
All membership purchases are final sale. Due to the digital nature of our offerings and immediate access to premium resources, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login. Sharing your login with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund.

4. Community Expectations
If the platform includes forums or community spaces, members are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect. Harassment, spam, or offensive behavior will result in removal from the platform.

5. Platform Changes
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or tool within the membership. While we strive to enhance your experience, occasional changes may occur as we evolve and improve.

🤝 Terms & Conditions — Vendors

By applying to be featured on the Destination Brides List and submitting your $150 one-time fee, you agree to the following terms:

1. Application Review
Submission of your application does not guarantee placement. We review all vendor applications to ensure alignment with our values and the needs of our brides. Incomplete or misleading applications may be rejected without refund.

2. Final Sale Policy
All vendor listing purchases are final sale. Due to the promotional nature of your spot and the review-based application process, no refunds will be issued once payment has been received.

3. Content Use & Representation
By submitting your vendor information, images, and descriptions, you grant us permission to promote your business on our platform and associated materials. You confirm that the materials provided are accurate and legally yours to share.

4. Conduct & Removal Policy
If we receive reports of fraudulent activity, unethical behavior, misrepresentation, or repeated customer dissatisfaction, we reserve the right to remove your listing from our platform without refund. Prior to removal, we will contact you to hear your side of the story and investigate accordingly.

5. Updates & Revisions
We reserve the right to update these terms and the layout of the vendor listing page as needed. You may submit updated information once per quarter to keep your profile fresh.

6. Limitation of Liability
Destination Brides Club is not liable for disputes between vendors and clients. We are a promotional platform and do not guarantee leads or sales, though visibility and exposure are major benefits of listing with us.
